VCC encompasses three parts: Client, Server and Executive.
The Client accesses the enterprise's webpage from which
he will be able to download the application that will
be autoinstalled in his PC. The Server's functions are
to receive and derive incoming calls to available executives
and manage reports and statistics for the Contact Center.
A direct connection is established between Executive
and Client avoiding high bandwidth consumption in the
server and providing a secure communication.
